Stone Giants by Ryan Dyar

A panorama of northern Norway’s Segla towering above the fjords below. It was a brutal ascent up to this view, starting from way down on the shore to the left. I was quite worried as the climb and cold temperatures left me with little power to make the descent back down. After firing off this pano I quickly turned around and headed down. By the time the car was in sight I was sure I might not make it another meter. All of the internal warning systems we have were telling me “you’re too cold to continue” and “you have no energy left to move” but I kept strong and pushed on like a champion. With nothing but luck to be grateful for, I I finally landed the drone in front of me in the parking lot and quickly jumped back into the car… it was much to cold on my fingers for that few seconds I had to get out to pack the thing up.
