Memory cards are full, batteries are all flat and the collection of smelly socks have reached critical. Like everything in life some things just have to come to an end. I’m going to miss Norway, and it’s extraordinary winter landscapes, unforgiving roads and the fabulous group of people I co-lead with the incredibly talented Ingrid Nordgård Kjelling. The only downside to Norway is the sheer amount of photographers and I know I’m now a little to blame for perpetuating this, but I was shocked at the shocking disrespect and lack of personal space with shooting and how a little green stuff in the sky turns people into the complete lunatics, with abuse flying everywhere. Instead of getting upset I would just move somewhere else and attempt to find a quiet place. First thing tour operators should teach students is respect for personal space and that we all have the right to enjoy this amazing planet. Next stop will be Patagonia with my photography partner in crime Sarah Hatton There is no real ending. It’s just the place where you stop the story. BTW this image isn’t black and white that’s just the colour it was that morning.
