The Other Side by Nathaniel Merz

The grass is always greener on the other side, right? I think for photographers that is particularly true. Whether it be about photo gear, or shooting locations or weather, its sometimes hard to be satisfied with what we have. For me, that is especially true wither the seasons here in Korea! During the hot and humid summer I find myself missing the cold crisp air of winter and during the winter I miss the lush greens, morning fog and energy that comes with the long days and bright sun. I recently re edited a larger version of this photo for a website I am sloooowly putting together and thought I would share the thoughts running through my head as I edited this show and yearned for some lush summer greens. In this case at least, the grass literally is greener on the other side.
