Mood Over Storvatnet by Patrick Marson Ong

www.patrickmarsonong.com “Stor” meaning big and “Vatnet” meaning lake. Therefore, Storvatnet = Big Lake. Ha! Thanks to google translate. Glad to have spent a couple of nights in Nusfjord (one of Norway’s oldest and best preserved fishing villages). And with Storvatnet just 5 minutes away, you’ll never run out of stuff to photograph! It rained for several days prior to my visit. Trail was as expected, soft and muddddy. Survived it with waders and crocs combo. Lol! Not recommended on long treks and on rocky grounds tho. One of em gloomy mornings in Lofoten. Am a sucker of moody and dramatic scenes, so for me this is one of my fav’s! Here’s a classic panorama of the famous Storvatnet, hope you like it! Feel free to share!
