2016 Revolt Music Conference opens registration and unveils first industry panelists
Sean "Diddy" Combs' 2016 Revolt Music Conference (RMC) has announced the first round of music industry panelists and honorees set to join this year's event instalment, including DJ Khaled, Nas and label executives Lyor Cohen and Julie Greenwald. The third annual networking forum will be hosted in Miami from October 13-15, at the Eden Rock Miami Beach Resort for the first time, after two years at the Fontainebleau (via Billboard). The conference will also feature such participants as DJ/radio personalities DJ Envy and Funk Master Flex, songwriting/production duo Cool and Dre, Spotify head of global programming, hip-hop Tuma Basa, Def Jam executive VP of A&R Darrale Jones and "The Shade Room" founder Angie Nwandu, who will form panels addressing various topics from social media and streaming to A&R.
