Even though I grew up in the north of Norway I have never been to Lofoten before. Admittedly, the scenery made a huge impression on me. For some reason I had imagined I would be surrounded by a multitude of photographers on Sakrisøy, but I spent the evening alone shooting my panos. Reine to the left – Hamnøy to the right. Fortunately, we had one day with very pleasant weather during our three day stay in Lofoten. Jotunn is Norrøn (old-norse) and translates into Giant.
