Filmmaker David Lynch is throwing a music festival this fall with a lineup that includes Robert Plant, Questlove and performances of the "Twin Peaks" soundtrack. Festival of Disruption will take over the The Theater at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles for two days in October. Along with the musical lineup that includes interpretations of the "Twin Peaks" soundtrack by artists like Sky Ferreira and Xiu Xiu, stars Kyle MacLachlan and Laura Dern will give talks at the festival.
