Singer Kesha announces her return to music following court appeal
US songstress Kesha has revealed she is working on new music, despite being in the midst of a court appeal against her former producer Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, whom she has accused of raping her while she was on his roster. The case has garnered much attention from both media and those in the music industry over the past month, after a judge ruled against allowing Kesha to break her record contract with Sony, despite her allegations of sexual assault and battery against Dr. Luke. Earlier this week, Kesha launched an appeal against the court ruling, but has now announced via Instagram that she is also writing new songs in a bid to get back into music, breaking her three-year hiatus, according to NME.
