Incredible Bubbles by Paul Zizka
I skated to the far end of Lake Minnewanka yesterday and just like last year, was greeted by the most amazing display of trapped methane bubbles upon rounding the last corner. By far the best I’ve seen this year anywhere.
The chinooks were wreaking havoc though and coming back was hard work. Strong gusts and 2 inches of water covering the entire lake.
