The Walt Disney Co, creator of Mickey Mouse, is asking the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to refuse a trademark by electronic music star Deadmau5, who wears a LED-light powered, big-eared mouse helmet during concerts. Deadmau5, pronounced "dead mouse," is the stage name for Joel Zimmerman, a Canadian disc jockey who has been nominated for and performed at the Grammy Awards. Zimmerman filed an application in 2013 with the U.S.

This photo is taken somewhere between Thorsmork and landmannalaugar at sunset. A relative small area but with an incredible diversity in scenery . You can find icecaves, desserts, craters and glaciers at one place and behind the next mountain you might see green mountains, flowers, and volcanic mountains.

To All In Awe by Aaron M
To All In Awe by Aaron M
While cooking dinner in Yosemite I looked up at the sky and noticed some high clouds had moved in but they were primarily only in one small patch of the sky. I made my way to Tuolumne Meadows and setup by a little pond that faced west and waited. To my frustration, there was not a cloud in the sky to the west. The old saying of “look behind you!” couldn’t have been more true on this evening. When I turned around and saw the absolutely GORGEOUS lenticular clouds behind me, I didn’t even think “grab your camera bag” — I just took off running for the Tuolumne River. I knew I wanted Lembert Dome, the river, and the amazing sky in my photo. Thankfully neither bear nor human touched my camera bag during the 30 minutes I was away shooting. The title of this photo, is a play on the name of the area, “Tuolumne” (pronounced Two-all-um-knee). Nikon D800 w/Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8G ED AF-S:

Paciano is an Italian town of 988 inhabitants in the province of Perugia in Umbria.
It is included among the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The medieval town is set on a hill Petrarvella (391 m asl) where, in ancient times, there was a temple dedicated to the god Janus. It can be accessed by three doors: La Fiorentina, la Perugina e Porta Rastrella.
Miami’s Ultra dance musi...
By Zachary Fagenson MIAMI (Reuters) – The mayor of Miami has welcomed the decision by one of the world’s largest electronic dance music festivals to ban minors from attending the three-day downtown bacchanal, but urged the organizers to find another location. Local politicians tried to force the Ultra Music Festival out of downtown Miami earlier this year after it came under scrutiny when a security guard was injured in a crush caused by gatecrashers. “They should find another venue eventually, but in this case I think that no minors alleviates the problems that we had,” Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado said on Wednesday, citing issues with alcohol and drugs at the event held each March. In a statement on Tuesday announcing the ban on minors, Ray Martinez, former chief of the Miami Beach police who became the festival’s security director this year, said: “The first step to preserving the unique atmosphere that Ultra is famous for is to be proactive in attracting the right crowd.” The festival, which this year attracted at least 165,000 attendees over three days, is at odds with officials in downtown Miami, where the population has mushroomed in recent years.
