In that case i did not use only natural light, because that zone is dark and has a great contrast, so i decided to fill with a softbox 60×60 mounting a triggered canon 580Ex II in her left side, trying to balance with background.

Dragon’s Lair by Dylan Gehlken

Milford Sound, Fiordland NP, New Zealand. I had to re-upload this as the first one had some issues. I planned 3 days at Milford Sound as I have heard it is one of the wettest places on earth with 8000mm of rainfall per year and that the peaks were obscured by clouds most of the time.
As it turned out all 3 of my days there were completely blue skies and clear nights, except for this small group of clouds that showed up just as the sunset on my second day there. Then the clouds disappeared as quickly as they came. Please view on a black background. 3 exposures were blended for dynamic range in this scene.
