Facing the world each morning can be difficult when you live with a mental illness. Depression, specifically, can make everyday tasks seem daunting. Getting out of bed and out the door can be a major accomplishment. And although music can’t cure depression (we wish), it’s scientifically proven to reduce stress and even depressive symptoms.

GREENLAND WORKSHOP I have worked hard the past weeks to make my Greenland tour possible for photographers with any level of physical fitness. A team of boats will transport us between most locations. Check it out HERE This amazing location will be 100 meters away from the campsite during the Greenland Tour. A full moon is setting in the South-West while the aurora was getting more active to the end of the night. I had to take 4 photos to get everything inside the frame with 1 extra exposure for the moon.
