The annual poll, which  lists "the most exciting and innovative rising stars each year", has released a list of 15 nominees.

Adam Brill, Ben Buchanan and Brian Hill will joining the agency’s L.A., Toronto and Nashville offices, respectively.

Glowing light behind the snowy forest. It was very moody morning at Aulanko nature reserve on that morning last week. Sun was rising among the fog behind the forest so the diffused light was very magigal and it created beautiful atmosphere.
