The Survivor ( The boats name ) and I honor Terhi 375 as The Survivor, as she sits out in the Oresund all year round facing all the elements & has done so now for at least the last 2 year, perhaps much longer? I look forward to spending more time with Terhi 375 & others on the Oresund soon to chase new ideas that are evolving.

What’s Underneath? by Janne Kahila

Follow me on my Facebook page or see my Website for more! This was taken from the same day than my previous upload from the coast of Lauttasaari. I was fascinated by the fine details of the delicate frost structures and the interesting shapes that emerged in the frozen sea ice as the ice floes were moving against each other. The sunset was also very special with great color palette that was nicely reflected from the bright snow. Thus no exposure blending or gradual ND’s were required to balance the exposure and I only needed one exposure to capture the entire dynamic range.
