Two nights ago I died and went to mountain misty heaven. The moment didn’t last long, and it was unexpected having just been socked in the freezing fog moments before, but you can imagine the adrenaline rush when the clouds finally broke to reveal incredible 360 degree views all around us. Immediately the next several minutes were spent sprinting full speed back and forth along cliff ledges, yelling out loud my amazement that probably consisted of many incomprehensible sounds and words and laughter, trying not to trip whilst attempting to take this self-portrait, and soaking in the views all around. “What just happened?!?!” was all we could say afterwards… I think I can safely say this was one of the best moments of my life.
