I was always interested to shoot in natural lighting. It gives a unique pattern and volume of the frame. Each ray of the setting sun will never happen again in this charm and beauty. With natural light to work harder, you need to lure him to make friends and get to know his secrets and features. The only way to make a good shot!

I’ve waited 3 years to have another baby to do a leaf baby picture with. I love my sweet Sylvie. This was taken using the Canon 400mm F-2.8L. I literally laid on the ground and used the handle to stabilize it. It’s ridiculously heavy. Heavy but fun. I had purchased it some time back because my husband wants to do some wildlife photography and I like taking the occasional photo of the moon, but my dear friend Meg inspired me to dust it off and use it for people. This isn’t a lens I’d ever use with a client as it’s not really practical, but it was fun to play with my own baby. And just to nip a few questions in the bud – the blur is real. All of it. NONE added in post. This is all the lens and the location I shot in. Secondly, the leaves are also real. My husband was throwing them for me. I took a lot of shots of leaves falling and used my favorites in this image. Thanks for looking. 🙂
