sunrise on el capitan. yosemite. california. 2 days ago I fell 15 feet off a v2 in a climbing gym and severely dislocated my ankle and broke my talus bone. I don’t know how long I’ll be out. Also a couple days ago @alexhonnold climbed El Cap with no ropes in 4 hours on the hardest free solo in history. I’ll climb again but for now I’ll stick to photography…

Piazza San Marco, often known in English as St Mark’s Square, is the principal public square of Venice, Italy, where it is generally known just as la Piazza (“the Square”). The Square is dominated at its eastern end by the great church of St Mark (Saint Mark’s Basilica). Standing free in the Piazza, is the Campanile of St Mark’s church (1156/1173), rebuilt in 1912 “com’era, dov’era” (as it was, where it was) after the collapse of the former campanile on 14 July 1902.
