This was a incredible sunrise of September 2015. This picture was taken in the Dolomites in Italy and the subject of the shot are the Five Towers, a strange mountain complex that seems a little castle. This image describes not only a mountainscape, but also a period of my life, when I discovered my biggest passion, landscape photography.

Piazza Unità d’Italia (Unity of Italy Square, Trieste-Italy) is definitely one of the city’s most picturesque sights. The beautiful historical buildings surrounding it and the open view towards the Gulf make it a unique and special place, both during the day and at night, when it is illuminated by blue and white lights. It is the centre of the political life in town and its history is connected to the Great War, starting from its very own name.
