Winter Rising by Lizzy Gadd

Went on an overnight trek up my favourite backyard mountain this week, hoping to make my traditional yearly summit before winter sets in… When surprise, winter already made it’s comeback! The fresh snow and dancing fog was stunning and well worth the effort. Proud of Pepper (the blob sitting beside me) for being the happiest champ while trekking through snow and rain for 12+ hours over these 2 days. Nothing makes me happier than being in these landscapes with good company.
