Taking photos with animals gave me a totally new experience. When I work with animals I always come without written thoughts or notes because everything is happening on set.
⠀
You must meet the animal, feel their energy, make them relax and give them as much time needed.
⠀
You must let them be them ♥️
⠀
This is by far one of my favorite sessions I’ve done, love the strong colors and ara!

You can see the striations and circular appearance to the storm indicating strong rotation, as it produced grapefruit sized hail and was tornado warned for hours! One of my all-time favs! A RARE NATURAL SPECTACLE by Michael J. Kochniss

A rare natural spectacle: a circumzenital arc is one of the most colorful halos and resembles an upside-down rainbow. It occurs when there is a particularly high concentration of ice crystals in the air at a certain position of the sun. The fact that the arc is way above the sun is fascinating, as you can see in my image.
