WAVERING PASSAGE by Bruno Soar...
WAVERING PASSAGE by Bruno Soares
Going forward and backwards, the Sea knows there will be no other epithet. It will end like so many others. Looking much more robust and more resistant, the rocks are trying, once again, to alter an announced fado. I enter the water to see it better. With the help of mesmerizing Sunlight, I realize that all that dramatic landscape, announcing yet another inevitable end, is actually a wonderful symbiosis between those who know what to expect and those who know what is coming! Then, the beautiful and imposing rocks show us, even knowing what awaits them, what really matters. It is not the end that worries them; it is not its transformation into another grain of sand wrapped in the relentless Sea that keeps them going. I perceived. It is the path that counts; this remarkable passage that we are privileged to travel, that matters!
Like any tide, moments will be better and others more challenging, but all worthy of being enjoyed! But the Sea already knows all this and, wetting my feet, he sighed: “Enjoy it; it is well worth it.” And so I do; with each challenge, I respond with joy and assertiveness. “Sea? We both know how it ends! But only I know how I will make my way!” And that’s how I see the rocks, proud, knowing the final defeat, but winning each time until then!

I couldn’t believe there is actually a lake named “Reflection Lake!” As you may know, I am partial to reflections. That’s the famous Mount Rainier reflecting in the lake!
