You can also find me in Instagram As i said previously in the description of another of my images from Stokksnes, i have few different files from those mostly seen from this location. I don’t say better or worse, (though probably mine worse than most of those), just a little bit different. And the reason for being in some way different is no other than not having heard/not having planned the visit to this place, that i found just by chance. If i had planned i probably had spent most of time when high tide and photographing thise amazing and so popular reflections of Vestahorn. In this image i had to spend some time in postproccessing as i took only one raw. It was starting to rain heavier and didn’t pay attention to take out the hard grad filter, so the mountain left too dark in the base image and so it looks now even after trying to correct it.
Thanks for your visit and have a lovely weekend 🙂

Really freezing morning with such a beautiful sunrise at Aulanko Nature reserve, Hämeenlinna, Finland. This is one of those moments when your sacrifice is rewarded.
I really enjoyed this scenery.
This is panorama made of 8 vertical images. Have a great weekend everyone!

Look there, after hours of LTE`s I put away my DSLR and started to shoot around with my Nikon P7000. Not uptodate with a 10MP CCD Crop sensor, wow, look what`s possible. Of course this isn`t made for a XXXXL large print but I liked this pocket cam a lot.

Quabbin Reservoir, Massachusetts I remember the feeling when I first began exploring this amazing reservoir. I felt like I discovered a treasure in my own backyard. In a time when so many landscape photographers are traveling the globe to photograph the grand and amazing landscapes of the world I find equal pleasure in really knowing the place I I call home. I don’t physically travel far to photograph but my mind often leaves this planet!!! I feel truly lucky to have discovered the present moment and to be so connected to the wild places and creatures around me. Thanks for stopping by!! I appreciate it! Happy New Year!!! This is two exposures manually blended. One for the stars and one for the rest of the scene. If your interested in exploring and photographing some of my favorite places in New England I have been teaching individual and small group full day workshops for over 20 years as well as digital image editing workshops. Please check out my website for info.
