Daphne Guinness is taking her artistic talents in a new direction with the launch of her debut music album. The Anglo-Irish heiress, designer, film producer and artist has unveiled the video for the record's first single "The Long Now," shot in black and white on the streets of Manhattan by the visual artist Luca Pizzaroni. Guinness, 48, styled herself for the clip, in which she sports a dramatic ensemble of sequinned trousers, blazer and tall top hat, complimented by a dark glossy lip and her signature cat eyes.

Spring Blooms and Summer Monsoons by Peter Coskun Nature Photography
While I have shared a near identical image from this spot and evening, I am using this slightly different version to gauge interest in a possible upcoming photography workshop around the Superstition mountains and surrounding areas. This workshop may either take place this spring to photograph the wildflower blooms or during the summer monsoons when the skies are much more dramatic. This would be a five day trip to visit multiple locations. Details are still being worked out, but if you have any interest, feel free to contact me on my website and be sure to sign up for my mailing list to get first hand information on this trip as well as any others that come up! www.pjcphotography.com/Pages/News

The side view of a Grey Headed Flying Fox having just dipped its body onto the surface of the water and creating quite a spectacular splash. These flying foxes are listed as vulnerable and their population declined by over 30% between 1989 and 1999. They are an essential part of the ecology spreading seed and pollen.
