Cast No Shadow by Timothy Poulton
Out shooting I’m always swapping between the incredible Schneider 28mm Tilt Shift and 90mm Tilt Shift and love both lenses equally. The 28mm is super easy to use and pin sharp throughout the aperture range and is fairly forgiving with focus, the 90mm on the other hand is a real tricky beast and has to be perfectly focused for optimum sharpness. I find I have to slow everything down and make sure tripod and camera are firmly positioned. One of the first truths you encounter about Patagonia is that no two days are the same. Known for unpredictable weather, photography in Patagonia is a game of chance. But when you win, you win big. On this morning the peaks of Cuernos stand up and greet the sunrise with a fierce disrespect, casting shadows for miles over the landscape and in your mind. The mountains always have something to say no matter the conditions and leave you pining for more. Next year the OOAK crew reverse our sell out tour of Patagonia, starting in El Chalten Argentina with an expedition to Paso del Viento to capture Mt Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre from the other side. Head over to our website for more details, only a few spots available. Captured and processed in panoramic format, the only way to shoot landscapes. oneofakind.photography

Lake Bonney
South Australia This was taken earlier this year as dawn light was starting to heat up but also as clouds rapidly started to fade away! Don’t you love those moments in the field where you’re giving a pep talk to nature to ‘hang in’ there for the critical moments of light lol. Fortunately there was noone around to hear me muttering and doing my cloud dance while wading in the lake. [Essential Field Guide Ebook]

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Pop singer Jason Derulo has a lot to learn from country star Luke Bryan if he hopes to blend into the music scene in Nashville. The two teamed up for an episode of "CMT Crossroads" that combined each singer's musical swagger and rump-shaking hits like Derulo's "Want to Want Me" and Bryan's "Strip It Down."
