South Australia [The everlook action tutorial!] Titles – how much do they add to an image for you? The title for this image doesn’t make sense given what a ‘zenith’ really is but I like the sound of the word! (kind of like the way people pronounce awry as awww-reee and not a-wry). I find that I have certain images burned into my memory from my favourite photographers but I’ll be damned if I can remember what they’re called. And when people refer to some of our images by their title, I have to look back and often think to myself ‘oh, is THAT what I called it lol’. Clearly for me , the image speaks for itself but I think that to round out the package, a short punchy name can add something to the way a picture is remembered. What’s your approach to naming your images? ps. This image taken with a nisi 10 stop ND filter. pps. email us if you plan on making a purchase from Nisi Australia and we can give you a discount code 🙂

Personal online lessons and video tutorials. I will share everything I know about natural light, composition, retouching and colors. I found my own way in retouching, you will be surprised how simple it is. All you need to know is Photoshop basics (you can be an absolute beginner). I dont use frequency separation, masks and any complicated methods. It’s really simple and very fast. Usually, it’s only 10-30 minutes of work with one photo. And the result is good enough for covers! Write me by email for personal online lessons – outofsight@mail.ru
