THE **NEXT** PATAGONIA: This next week, May 3rd only (this will fill up incredibly fast) those on my mailing list will have a chance to sign up for what I believe is the first truly unique Patagonia expedition in landscape photographic history. I am going to show you a NEW Patagonia, next year, in spring of 2018. You have seen the pictures like this one before – The world’s steepest and most dramatic mountain ranges, ‘fins terre’, – the end of the Earth, as they say. But all that you have seen, Fitz Roy, Cerro Torre, the most photogenic monoliths on the planet, these are only small points in the sea of unbelievable mountains that encompass the spectacular southern Andes. There are no roads, trails and not even helicopters can connect you to the other 80% of the mountains in these great ranges! But in 2018, on what will be the second long expedition trip I have ever lead for a group, (after Mount Everest’s Kharta Valley) I am going to take you to see the UNDICOVERED Patagonia. In 2018 you be among the first people on Earth to get to photograph these ranges, in their entirety, from the most glaciated side of the mountains thus far unexplored by any commercial photography trip – the entire south Chilean coast, using our own private boat, ice zodiacs and glacial equipment. We will employ everything from a camp chef to a host of the region’s most highly trained mountain guides to join us on this trip, much of it breaking new ground even for them! We will also explore boat-in backpacking accessible uninhabited regions of Argentina with peaks the equal in size of any you have seen here. Imagine shooting icebergs big enough to dock and camp on them, ha! This 19-day trip is fully outfitted and $12995/person. The trip requires athletic participants willing to do what it takes to reach high, off-trail, backpacking accessible terrain. Only we have permission from the parks to conduct such a voyage, taking you to our own high camps in the wilderness of the parks and the coastlines alike. Please contact me at marc@marcadamus.com if you would like the chance to apply and sign up for this expedition.

Here is another photo of a special beach on the Vancouver Island. It’s one of a few beaches here that’s facing the outer Pacific Ocean. I enjoy listening to the thunderous waves here.

Mother Nature at it’s finest. A beautiful EF-3 tornado, in an open field, in south west Kansas, where it caused no harm. These amazing natural phenomenon are a sight to see, when they occur in an unpopulated area.
