The ARC by Dany Eid

I spent the last 2 weeks in Abu Dhabi & i was lucky to have 3 days of fog. I shot this from the 63floor of the Gate towers at Al Reem Island. This view would not have been possible without using Nikon 19mm Tilt Shift because i was so close to the Arc. I did three shots in landscape mode, shifting up and down, and combines them using the vertorama technique & i added NiSi Filters 10 stop for the long exposure effect. Website | Facebook | Instagram This is a self portrait taken from 640m tall iconic mountain peak Segla. We started the hike with low clouds and zero visibility but ended up seeing the midnight sun from one of the greatest locations in Northern Norway. I hope at least a small share of the awesomeness we witnessed uo there is conveyed in this photo. To see the view from the opposite side of the Segla peak, check out my previous upload Midnight Reds. This is a panorama of eight verticals so the field of view is well over 180 degrees.

Join me on My Facebook Page We have spent several weeks in Algarve this December. I was driving and walking around on the different picturesque beaches, but Praia do Castelejo is probably my favorite beach in Algarve. I just love this a bit extraterrestrial view from the first glance. That day I was just checking it as a new location and hoping to find something interesting before the sunset. I knew there should be something as I checked the site first on Google Maps. That day the weather was changing from warm and calm to rainy and stormy. The massive cloud was moving from the ocean. When I got there, I understood that, first, the light is just fantastic, the second, I was so late to search for the composition. I ran as fast as I could to these rock formations. Five minutes later everything was done. The light was gone. But I got my shot! What a crazy luck!
