Take a Walk on the Country Side by Leonardo Papèra

TUSCANY PHOTO TOURS | ICELAND PHOTO TOURS | LOFOTEN PHOTO TOURS | LAPLAND PHOTO TOURS | INSTAGRAM [ENG] Here I am, just back from my first summer workshop in my beloved homeland, Tuscany!
Today I want to share a shot made right there, a couple of months ago; the shot is possibly one of the easiest to do in Val d’Orcia, shooting comfortably from the balcony of Pienza! No need to say what the subject is.. It’s the famous Podere Terrapille, where Scott Ridley has shot his famous movie “The Gladiator”! Despite the absence of major challenges in making this picture, it remains a place dear to me and beyond the picture, that balcony overlooking the whole Val d’Orcia is one of my favorite places ever, I could stare at the panorama on one of those benches for hours! Oh God, thinking about that.. Actually, I did it! What do you think about coming with me to experience these emotions? To visit these amazing places? [ITA] Eccomi di ritorno dal mio primo workshop estivo nella mia tanto amata terra, la Toscana! Oggi voglio condividere uno scatto fatto proprio qui un paio di mesi fa; lo scatto è possibilmente uno dei più facili da fare in Val d’Orcia, si scatta comodamente dal balcone di Pienza! Il soggetto neanche a dirlo, è proprio il famoso Podere Terrapille, dove Scott Ridley ha girato il suo famoso film “Il Gladiatore”. Nonostante l’assenza di grandi sfide nel fare questa foto, rimane sempre un posto a me caro ed al di là della foto, proprio quel balcone che si affaccia su tutta la Val d’Orcia è uno dei miei posti preferiti in assoluto, potrei star su una di quelle panchine per ore! Ah oddio, ripensandoci.. L’ho fatto! Che ne dite di venire con me il prossimo anno a vivere queste emozioni? A visitare questi posti incredibili?
