A dreamy long exposure of the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. This area has often been cited as ‘ground zero’ for climate change in Iceland, as the glacier lagoon only formed in 1948 after the Breiðamerkurjökull outlet glacier began to quickly recede. Hidden away in the deepest, most remote regions of Patagonia, which are accessible only by days at sea and through the Fiordlands, I find the most beautiful and photogenic rainforest environment I have ever witnessed. There is nothing quite like the Coigue tree, and it’s a subject explored in detail on my expeditions here which happen every April. Imagine a totally unique Patagonia trip where you’ll never see another person! This is the land of magic here, a land I have fallen in love with.
