阴云下的休斯山 by 闭眼缄默

和伙伴们天不亮就来到这里，连续的阴雨天，让清晨的休斯山笼罩在乌云之中，期望的晨雾也不知踪影……… 但一切的不尽人意，这里依然在沉寂中展露着迷人的吸引力，有些景色以光彩夺目吸引人，有些景色以浪漫旖旎吸引人，或以震撼冲击吸引人，而有些景色则以沉静吸引人，此时的这里大概就属于后者，无需矫饰，在沉寂静默中，他或许不会过多的震撼你，但他可以让你与他一样，抛却了嘈杂与纷争，沉浸在这里的寂静之中，无论风云如何变幻， 直到云淡风轻，依然故我……

As the session evolved, west wind increased and as expected the time between waves got significantly longer, meaning more power in each release. The conjugation with the mounting tide creates an unpredictable pattern, with waves muting one another most of the times or – as in here – occasional combos when everything seems to go wild for some moments, as the water accelerates over the underwater rocky crop and the waves resonate their power into each other before breaking into the piers. The last of the small bunch for now, time to get back to the travel shots 🙂

Lost in the Fog by Christos Zoumides

Another photo from my trip to the Netherlands, taken at one of the beautiful tree lanes of Mastbos forest near the city of Breda. I was hoping for more foggy mornings, but this was the only one I got. For those interested in technical details, this is a single shot captured with Nikon D850 and Nikon 70-200 mm f/2.8 lens. Exposure for 1.3s and zoomed in all the way to 200 mm, f/13 and ISO 100. The man standing at the horizon is actually me. Thanks a lot for stopping by, your likes and comments are much appreciated!
