Sometimes, tinged autumnal leaves seem able to be as good as and better than flowers.

Kealand by Marc Adamus

New Zealand. There will be more than a small amount of new work coming from the South Island this year. This work will focus on places there which you have likely not seen before. Here I took a couple friends up to this location above or of Earth’s highest waterfalls and found some lonely flowers catching the last rays. The name comes from all the curious Kea Mountain Parrots that watched over our every click of the shutter, haha. This year I will produce a LOT more new work from the South Island including amazing helicopter-only locations along the South Coast, high mountains and rainforest waterfalls. It’s such a beautiful place. Also this year, from June to November, I will be releasing potentially my biggest ever collection of new work which comes from expeditions I am conducting on four different continents. It will be a nearly continuous 6-month long shoot from mid-April to late October. More details to come!
