It was still night when I would be arriving at the parking lot, then, I would be hiking up just to be in time to see it.
To see the Sun rising again in this amazing place that is Madeira Island! This was the first time that I went to Ponta de São Lourenço, and I had no idea of the hiking that I needed to do that morning. I went with the lantern on, but still, I got off track. So, I just climbed the mountain instead of going around!! Well, I was tired, but what came next would compensate for all the effort…
As I got there, the light started to come with all the amazing sunrise colours and I just stood there amazed with all this beauty in front of me! It was like the mountain wanted to go into the Sun! Love your planet, you’re in it!!

On my trip to Chamonix in the beginning of the year. Amazing ski destination and one of the best tourist resort out there. Situated to the north of Mont Blanc, between the peaks of the Aiguilles Rouges and the notable Aiguille du Midi, Chamonix is one of the oldest ski resorts in France. The Chamonix commune is popular with skiers and mountain enthusiasts, and via the cable car lift to the Aiguille du Midi it is possible to access the off-piste (backcountry) ski run of the Vallée Blanche.
