Volcano Sunrise ! by S U N I L

A Volcano Sunrise!! Seen along the crest line of the Western ghats in Southern India is the silhouette relics of an ancient and extinct volcano. On 14th of April every year, the first light of the rising Sun spills over the crest, bringing to life the memories of the violent eruptions in the distant past which lit up the twilight sky the same way the Sun does it here.

Temple of the Lost by Marc Adamus

One of the lost mountains of the Patagonian fiords, as yet unnamed. These great peaks have been seen by only a handful of adventurers, often going years without a human footprint. The conditions deep in these isolated lands are always misty and damp and the summits can go many days without revealing themselves even after spending a week on boat, a day on small watercraft picking through icebegs and strong currents and 5 days backpacking to get here. Our team spent the night atop the ridge you see at right in this shot after a long day, surrounded by the rumble of glaciers and near the top of the one of the most beautiful forests I know of anywhere.
