One of the better known locations for landscape photography in Scotland but always worth a visit. I like it a lot from this angle and the fast moving clouds generated some lovely sunrays. This was just one of those perfect landscape photography moments!

This digitized slide scan of the view at Annapurna South (7.219 m) I captured about 25 years ago from the little village Ghandruk (2.012 m) in the nepalese Annapurna Region.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
If I compare the earlier times with today, then we are living nowadays in a photo paradise: 25 years ago I had 25 slide films with 36 pictures for a 4-week vacation. That means I could take 900 photos in 4 weeks, without autofocus and without control possibilty. ⠀⠀

Wenn ich die früheren Zeiten mit heute vergleiche, dann leben wir heute in einem Fotoparadies: Vor 25 Jahren hatte ich 25 Diafilme mit 36 Bildern für einen 4-wöchigen Urlaub. Slovenia is the land of churches ⛪️ Every town has at least one small church. Some of them were built in beautiful places e.g. on a hill. Like the famous „Church Of St Primoz“ in Jamnik. When I arrived there on my first morning, the whole place and view were still covered in clouds. Nevertheless, I decided to get my camera ready and wait. And only a few moments later the clouds cleared and the sun shone on this magnificent autumn place 😍
