世界中心神山之王：冈底斯山脉的冈仁波齐海拔6638米。
二零二零年八月十六日
5:00、塔尔钦4675米，整晚因为支气管炎症带来的阵阵巨咳而彻夜无眠，索性早点与基友领队南卡开始起身出发。
6:00、抵达内转线路中的色龙寺5020米，按照之前用谷歌地球的模拟线路，向着冈峰九朵花瓣峰之一正南面的花瓣山脊开始爬行。
7:00、与南卡背负着各种摄影器材爬升高度达到了5400米。
8:00、爬行在乱石堆中找了个合适的机位架好器材，就当一切准备就绪但期待中的日出却被厚厚的云层遮挡，这是一个无果的日出……，只有返回塔尔钦稍加整顿期待下午的日落了。
18:00、下午首先仔细分析过云图APP觉得云层合适傍晚必有一个壮美的日落，再次抵达5020米色龙寺开始重复早上的线路，但这次与南卡一起再往上爬升了5700米左右。
21:00、期待中完美日落如约而至，在威严的神山俯视之下，双膝跪地颤颤巍巍的将无人机直接上升到500米的极限开始拍摄梦中的神境……
21:30、日落之后狂风夹着小雨伴着阵阵低沉的雷鸣声，与南卡再次对着神山叩拜之后便苍忙下撤了，于半小时之后安全撤到了色龙寺。
事后南卡对我说：之前他因为在外圈没有转够十三圈，而独闯了内圈快抵达因揭陀山时被雷电给轰了出来，所以这次没有让神山觉得冒犯我们是万幸的。心里不自觉的暗想着下一个马年一定要再来转下外圈才对的起这次神山对我们的宽容！
雍仲苯教发源于该山祖师敦巴辛绕从天而降此山为降落之处。
藏传佛教认为此山是胜乐金刚的住所。
印度教认为该山为湿婆的居所。
耆那教认为该山是其祖师瑞斯哈巴那刹得道之处。
南面相邻的护法山：布袋罗汉因揭陀5979米，十八罗汉的第十三位罗汉，在西藏十三数字代表着功德圆满，比如十三层的布达拉宫。藏历马年是一个特殊的年份，在这一年里面转一圈外圈相当于其他年份里转了十三圈的功德。
