海拔4573米的“鬼湖”拉昂错位于阿里地区，与圣湖玛旁雍错仅一堤之隔，是一个非常神秘的微咸水湖。
拉昂错藏语的意思是有毒的黑湖，湖中之水人畜皆不可饮用，湖岸周围几乎寸草不生，更因如此而被称为“鬼湖”。
紫菀小花背景的雪山是海拔7694米的纳木那尼峰，与海拔6638米的神山冈仁波齐峰遥相呼应。

I’m back from my holidays in the dolomites (south tyrol). The weather conditions were very extreme: in the last few weeks it was very frosty, temperatures up to minus 12 degrees at 2,000 m in the mornings and 50 cm of fresh snow 2 weeks ago. Locals told us that something like this happened there 30 years ago in autumn. ****** The pic was taken at lovely Lago Federa.
