Saksun – Faroe Islands by PAkDocK @PAkDocK

Another beautiful place in the Faroe Islands is the small village of Saksun. The view is amazing when a ray of sunshine comes out of the clouds. Everything is emerald, the waterfall shines, the church and the graveyard glow. To get the shot I had to wait, almost an hour, to get the perfect light in the perfect places. Luck only comes when you work for it. One of the most beautiful and remote corners of the Planet Earth. Saksun Church, Streymoy.

Uyuni Salt Flats, Bolivia
The salt desert is the world’s largest salt flat at 10,582 square kilometers (4,086 sq mi). It is located in southwest Bolivia, near the crest of the Andes and is at an altitude of 3,656 meters (11,995 ft) above sea level. The salt flat was formed as a result of transformations between several prehistoric lakes. It is covered by a few meters of salt crust, which has an extraordinary flatness with the average altitude variations within one meter over the entire area of the salt desert. From December to March there are occasional rain falls and the water accumulates on the salt flat borders.

Mount Kidd
Alberta Kananskis Country had some of my favourite scenes from the last trip. On this particular morning, I scrapped a trip to Wedge Pond as it was raining and windy. I went for a stroll down the Galatea Lakes trail instead and found this amazing location. Hope you enjoy the image as much as I enjoyed seeing that fleeting light pass across Mount Kidd 🙂

Westminster Blue Hour by Abbs David

Another shot from my Waterloo bridge shoot, this one is slightly later during blue hour, it looked like this for quite a while. This is a 5 shot pano taken with my 70-200 in portrait orientation so the resolution is massive.
