US songstress Kesha has revealed she is working on new music, despite being in the midst of a court appeal against her former producer Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, whom she has accused of raping her while she was on his roster. The case has garnered much attention from both media and those in the music industry over the past month, after a judge ruled against allowing Kesha to break her record contract with Sony, despite her allegations of sexual assault and battery against Dr. Luke. Earlier this week, Kesha launched an appeal against the court ruling, but has now announced via Instagram that she is also writing new songs in a bid to get back into music, breaking her three-year hiatus, according to NME.

The special service dubbed "UBERchopper, powered by BLADE", is priced at US$695 a seat (one-way), and will shuttle festival-goers from Los Angeles to Palm Springs, close to the Coachella location. The package, which includes private Uber transport to Van Nuys Airport, will see the journey to the festival – roughly 130-miles by car – cut down to just 55 minutes, according to Blade CEO Rob Wiesenthal (via Billboard).

Arriving "late summer" at the Galleria at Sunset, Wolfgang Hauck is bringing the nationwide World of Beer franchise to Nevada, but is aiming to draw a customer base not just for their very wide variety of brews. Seeking approval by the City of Henderson, Hauck intends to add live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 p.m to 2 a.m. The temporary stage area, with room for four instruments, will be close to the kitchen in the main 1,508-square-foot dining room.

H&M has unveiled the official video to accompany the launch of its H&M Loves Coachella collection for young women and men, ahead of its UK launch on March 31. The campaign, which stars Hailey Baldwin, looks to mix a street savvy vibe with a freewheeling playfulness in honor of the popular Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California. For girls, the collection will see beaded and fringed tops, print jumpsuits and denim cut-offs, while the guys get outfitted in printed t-shirts, bermudas and denim shorts.

By the end of April, Pacific Beach will have a new live music destination in Moonshine Beach, the Garnet Avenue version of Good Time Design's adult funhouse Moonshine Flats, which has been entertaining in the East Village since 2014. While Moonshine Flats (which is opening a honky tonk Nashville), centers primarily around the country music scene, Moonshine Beach with have a "southern Gulf coast" vibe and feature everything from big-name country acts on weekends to reggae and indie rock on weeknights. Moonshine Beach will share a 20,000 square-foot space, once the site of Fred’s Mexican Cafe and Typhoon Saloon, with its companion piece, adjacent eatery Cerveza Jack's which opened in February.

Red Hot Chili Peppers will headline the Lollapalooza festival, it was announced Wednesday, as the alternative rock greats complete work on their first album in five years. The July 28-31 festival in Chicago, which is marking its 25th anniversary, also said that Radiohead would perform, in the latest date for the acclaimed British arthouse rockers whose small arena tour sold out within minutes. Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis last month told a radio station that the band had written "two dozen songs" and was "in the home stretch" of selecting and recording them for the new album.
