Atlanta Dairies, the next big redevelopment project from Paces Properties, is going to transform the dining scene and nightlife along Memorial Drive in southeast Atlanta. Paces, the company behind Krog Street Market, already has announced plans for a barbecue restaurant and 24-hour diner, and now the first named tenant is officially on board. Agon Entertainment and the team behind Terminal West will open a concert hall and rooftop bar with skyline views.

Marcus Miller, Neil Young, Lana Del Rey, Jamie Cullum, Santana and Deep Purple are standouts at the June 30-July 16 event, which Quincy Jones, a former co-director of Montreux, calls "the Rolls-Royce of festivals".
