Now that the 25th installment of Lollapalooza is in the books, it's safe for Chicagoans to leave their houses. While some bands preferred to rely on hospitality and the on-site catering tents for their food, a few performers took advantage of Chicago's dining scene. Over at Nellcote, Foals, Local Natives and Saint Motel enjoyed dinner on Thursday.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A 20-year-old California woman who collapsed in a parking lot after the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas last month died from drug intoxication and high heat, the Clark County coroner said Friday.

Lollapalooza, the major music festival that takes place in Chicago every summer, kicked off on Thursday. Among the performers that evening was Chicago’s own Chance the Rapper. Wade, another native Chicagoan, made big news this summer when he left the Miami Heat to join his hometown Bulls.
